Students must submit a letter of reference from a teacher; a profile outlining their interest in the conference issues and relevant past extra-curricular activities; and write a 500-word essay explaining how they will benefit from attending this conference. The application deadline has now been extended to March 4, 2003. Successful applicants will be informed by March 10. Students must be enrolled full-time and be over the age of 17. If you are interested, please register online and go to the "Notes" field to indicate you want to apply subsidy to cover your $20 registration fee. You will then be informed of your application result by email.
